Get matched with top septic system installers and replacers in Spencer, NC

"We called NC Septic & Pump Specialist for a second opinion after another company told us our drain field had failed and we'd need a complete replacement, a job that would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars. Gage came out and immediately diagnosed the real issue: a blockage, not a failed system. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and refreshingly low-pressure. He explained exactly what was happening, used specialized equipment designed for this exact problem, and had us back up and running in about an hour. The cost was a fraction of what we were quoted for the unnecessary drain field replacement. Gage is a straight-shooter who clearly knows these systems inside and out. He shared all the facts with us, didn't try to upsell, and solved our problem efficiently. We're so grateful we found him. If you need septic work, call NC Septic & Pump Specialist first and save yourself the time, money, and stress. Highly recommend."

"Our septic alarm went off a week or so ago and we ignored it (hoping it would miraculously reset or something as we knew it meant expense and we are seniors on a fixed income). We started getting a stink in the back yard around the septic and the toliets weren't flushing right so I called them about 1 pm today and they said they would be out within the hour and they were. My husband went out and watched as they worked. When they opened the tank to pump it, it was literally ready to start backing up into the house! We won't ignore an alarm again. They told us about how it generally backs up to the washing machine first and then to sinks, showers, tubs, etc. and that they had just had a lady that had that happen and threw away her washer because she couldn't get the smell out. We knew we were blessed to have avoided a very costly mess. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. I had paid nearly $500 to another company simply to replace my septic pump five years ago with no pumping of the tank. When Affordable removed it, it was a plastic pump which they informed us doesn't hold up very well. It was dead. After they pumped the tank and confirmed that the pump needed to be replaced, they had to make a trip to the supply house to get a new pump and return and install it. They were back and had the job wrapped up before 4:00 PM. It wasn't cheap, but was comparable to what projected costs were on Angie's List with this kind of project. They will definitely be the first guys we will call if we ever have issues again. We highly recommend Affordable Septic!!! Thanks guys!"

"Very pleased with Rick McCoy and his crew that installed my system. Very professional and a lot of attention to detail regarding the installation."

"Installation was excellent. Not only did he wire it up, but with his familiarity with WiFi control, he completed that effort also. System in house is over 15 years old and we are exploring updating system for better performance and lowering electric bill. Also looking at better gas water heater."

"Great service crew took there time to not destroy my yard to get at my tank. Anthony was great to deal with kept me up with what was needed and told me how to keep my system draining properly."

"Matt did an outstanding job. I did not have a plumbing emergency, but he was responsive and came at a time that accommodated my schedule. He cleaned up the work areas when the job was finished, and I feel he provided great service at good value. I'm going to hire him again to install some plumbing fixtures.
