I was told a free quote was 39.99, that turned to 59.99 when I got the estimate and it was waaaaaay over priced and then wanted me to pay a fee to get a warranty for their work! I would have expected a warranty on his work should have been given to me! I needed the job done right away, he was pleasant and courteous but never again with this company."

It took them a while to get started but once they did the pace was quick and we are very happy with the final product. Due to unforeseen complications having to do with our plumbing the final cost was a bit over budget but the communication about it was good. I priced three other contractors and I am glad I went with J.A.K.E. Renovations."
