He was honest, fair and quoted a reasonable time and price. The next week plumbers Octavio and associate came and did an excellent job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They explained what they were doing so that I understood what was happening and took great care in not damaging new wooden floors that were put in two weeks prior. They wore mask and gloves because of COV19. Both men were kind and completely all about making me happy. I have not had any issues with what they have done which was replacing all old pipes for new ones.
