The technician said that someone would be back to haul off the concrete, as he was not in a truck. I called the next week and was told that they had 28 emergencies, which I understood, as ours had been an emergency, also. Nearly four months late, and having called and emailed several times, my husband finally got a trailer and hauled it off himself so that we could get the sidewalk repaired. He is nearly 70 and had been in the hospital, so I was not wanting him to do that at this time. In addition, we had them come to our business to repair a toilet and urinal. They came by, fixed the toilet, said that they needed a part for the urinal, and then never returned, even after phone calls."

"1) Outside faucet was replaced and works great. 2) Tech found and removed a bit of plastic that we couldn't find. Noise gone. 3) Problem determined to be a bad solenoid. He didn't have the part but he did put me in touch with Delta to order it. I'll have to put it in myself or pay another service call. 4) Tried to repair with new flapper balls (which I had already tried). Dye revealed slow leak continued, so he replaced one entire flush assembly which stopped the leak. He only had one kit on his truck though, so the other one I will have to replace. That's annoying. The professionalism downgrade is due to 1) the wet-vac he used to suck water out of the toilet tank sprayed fine drops of wet, greasy water across my bathroom. I was right there and cleaned it up in a few minutes with paper towels (and threw the dirtied rug in the washer). I told him it was no big deal, but it was annoying that he didn't apologize. He just said "it has a filter" like it hadn't just happened right in front of me. 2) He later dribbled a little blue-dyed water across the clean upstairs bathroom floor as he was going back out to his truck. My wife found it and was angrily asking me what happened (upstairs) when he came back in. He yelled "because I'm an idiot" and went upstairs. I thought that was his way of apologizing but no -- he was angry because he wrongly thought my wife called him that. She didn't, and she told him so. He said "I thought that's what I heard". My wife was so upset at being falsely accused she left the house. When he was all done and ready to leave I confronted him on this, telling him I was there and my wife did not call him an idiot and that she is not one to say such things. He finally apologized, but my wife wasn't there to hear it. Finally, he spent 15 minutes or more working up the bill. I thought I would get details on what each repair cost, but the receipt only had totals. I thought it was a little expensive, but I don't have much experience with plumbing costs. I was happy to get 10% off because we are also an HVAC customer."

He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do to clear my upstairs bathroom sink and replace the p-trap. I had him change the toilet tank fill valve as well while he was there. "Jason and Daisy, did a great job when they got started. Unfortunately the hot water tank I bought was the wrong size for the space my old was. Quoted me a price to install, bring up to code and purchase hot water tank. I think was reasonable compared to most plumbing companies. I?ve been had before with businesses that purchase items that were cheap over a period of a few months and had to replace for the amount was charged. Jason was honest and forthright, they took the hot water tank I purchased and returned it for me. Very friendly, courteous couple. Hoot to see them work. Yes I would recommend this business for service."

"Amazing. After nearly being “taken” and charged ALOT to just look at the situation, by two other plumbers, Ted examined the pipe, located outside, and declared since it was only slightly bent, he didn,t see a need for any repair...where two others charged me ridiculous fees and one other company wouldn’t,t even give me a copy of the video I had paid for. The other companies said I needed a back hoe, and lots of disruption, a fence torn down, etc, which would have caused me a lot of $$$$$...but Ted was HONEST. He said maybe it would get worse in the future, but right now, he didn,t see any reason to dig it up and “repair” it. Also, the noise I had heard in the pipes, which prompted me to initially call a plumber had disappeared..whatever it had been was gone...I had heard some gurgling in my pipes...but it disappeared..he said it might have been some lint from my washing machine, but it had .washed away with a bit of time. I was STUNNED and delighted by his honesty...and he gave me a reasonable quote...much lower and less invasive than I had received. He is a decent man, not out to screw customers who have little or no knowledge of plumbing."
