I'm in the construction industry and this is one of our rental houses, I was on the phone but not at the site. Paid via credit card but still have not received a receipt after contacting three times. However the charge has already gone through. However best intention this company is.. my suggestion would be to use the company or manufacturer of your current garage door it will save you a lot of money. In my case 3 to $400. One of the downsides is they have a national phone scheduling subcontractor which can get confusing at times and they are not very knowledgeable concerning their products."
