"Their work was just fantastic.  They do upholstery cleaning as well, but we just had them clean the carpets this time.  It was a really good experience.  I had another provider come out before and they were unable to remove some of the spots.  We lived with the spots for a couple of years.  Once Chem Clean came out and went the carpets looked new.  It was a really good change.  They did a really good job.  I would highly recommend them."

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
