Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.

"I called and got an estimate for work, they installed about 2 weeks later. The job took about 4 hours. Labor was 650, materials 450. They did a great job, but I think the labor cost was high for 2 guys.

"Their work was fantastic. They communicated with me when they thought there might be a delay in starting (there turned out not to be, but I appreciated the notice). The start day (a Monday) they showed up before dawn and started working immediately. They were polite and professional, kept their mess to a minimum while they were working, and then cleaned up thoroughly after themselves when they were done. 
Also, I should mention that the process of getting a quote from them in the first place was very straightforward and pleasant. Mike showed up exactly when we scheduled, and gave us a very straightforward and honest appraisal, with no pressure whatsoever.
