"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

Even the price they charged was the most reasonable I have heard of. He had a really pleasant personality and it was a wonderful experience all around. "Matthew came to do a free inspection of my plumbing.  He noticed some water under the kitchen sink and gave us a very reasonable estimate for that repair.  We ultimately decided to replace the sink and faucet, as the whole setup wasn't in great shape.  Matthew came the next day and did the job; he was punctual and professional, and he did an excellent job.  We are very pleased with how it turned out.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
