After leaving him a Voice Mail he got back to me and provided me with a full detail explanation (over the phone) of what his service covered, how he went about doing the inspection and roughly how long it would take. "As first time home-buyers, Chuck made the inspection process a pleasant one. I'm a bit of an anxious person who asks a gazillion questions in one breath.
