We are going away for a week and I wanted the wi-fi thermostat operating so that I could leave the house cool while I was away and turn on the heat before we arrived home via the wi-fi. I called him yesterday (10/11/16) and he adjusted his schedule to come this morning (10/12/16). He knows his furnace wiring systems and fixed a somewhat bad wiring job, correcting this while connecting the thermostat. Mr. Kaiser is a pleasant person to do business with.
