"I have used them and they were fine when I did use them. They had given me an estimate for major work that I need in the back for a clean-up thing. They gave me a price of just under $5000. I got other price from someone. I had another guy come, Ed Collins, the price is so much cheaper. I don't think I'd use Clog-Busters again. They were okay for what they were here for but for estimates for the major thing I need, no. They didn't use a camera. He did what he needed to do but I won't call him anymore. I'll call someone else. I have a slab house so you have to go through the toilet. Companies come out here and its harder than they think its going to be. The so-called deal was refunded because it didn't relate to what I needed. I thought they were good. This guy didn't reseal it, I got to do that myself. I thought the pricing was a little bit high but if you can't use your toilet, you pay what you have to pay. It was quick."

"Before replacing the tub, he had to build up the walls so he could attach the new tub and walls of tub. He and his co worker both worked very hard and steady. Nice to talk to. Informative. Quality work. Both men. I liked the fact that Chad was going to stick to his first quote with us, even though neither of us knew about the need to build up the existing walls before his quote. He not only tore out existing tub, he took all waste materials with him. He is a patient man and works without complaint. Twice I had to go and exchange wrong parts I had bought, and he just kept working on other things until I returned. A few days later I heard from him with a follow up call. He wanted to know if there were any problems. There weren't any. He offers integrity and quality work. I would and will recommend  All Around Plumbing LLC to anyone with a plumbing need.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

When I called they were very friendly and said someone would be out the next day to give me an estimate on what I needed done. Greg was there right on time. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
