I sent him picture of work to be done and he gave quote. He showed up at the time he designated to do the work the next day, early morning. I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. Total cost $200. I believe this was a fair price. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. I recommend him for service plumbing. I am sure that I will have him do more plumbing work when needed. I am so impressed with Carlos Mora, I plan to give his business card to the Pro desk at Home Depot so that he can assist others like me who needed plumbing services.
