"I had an overall outstanding experience with Coast to Coast for a new ac system installation. I called and inquired about getting an estimate and someone was sent the same day. The Lead Project Manager (Hunter) was sent out to inspect my system and all aspects of the ac system including the duct work in the attic. Hunter spent about 2 hours reviewing everything and then was able to give me several options for replacing our ac system. Once I decided on which system to go with, the installation was scheduled within 2 days. On the day of installation, the 1st technician showed up at 7 AM to start prepping everything for the new system. Soon after this the 2nd technician arrived. These 2 technicians were Jensen and Jared. They were extremely well versed in what they do and they did a fantastic job on going above and beyond with the installation of our new ac system. They did not miss anything and they did not take any shortcuts. From the time they spent in the attic retaping duct work to the time they took cleaning and rebuilding the table top for the air handler to sit on. These guys were making sure that our investment in a new ac system would be an investment that we were happy with. These techs worked non stop with the installation and finished around 7 PM that night. Based on this exceptional experience with Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning, I will always recommend them to friends, family, and anyone that needs ac or heating repair. "Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: ?It was already cracked.? He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then ?owned up? to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."

"Brown Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing has been called to repair the same problem leak 3 times in the last 90 days on my 4-year-old Rheem HVAC system. Every time the company owner (John Brown), would Not let his guys leave my property until he was able to work me to pay for the same repair 3 separate times. Last time, on 02/20/2026, he asked me to pay an additional $460 for the same repairs that I had just paid the same company $682 for 3 weeks before, at the time, I refused to pay for the same repair twice, both Brown A/C's own techs that were there, agreed with me about paying for the same repair again and again, but John Brown (the owner) would not get off the phone till I agreed to pay $250 which I paid. On 02/23/2026, I called Brown Air Conditioning to let them know that the repairs that they had performed and got paid for 3 separate times, did Not work, and the HVAC system is running on Auxiliary Heat. John Brown (the owner) told me that they will Not come back to fix it."

"Anthony was running a bit behind but called and told us he would be here after 5 pm. He did an outstanding job communicating and figuring out a difficult diagnosis to get my system up and running. He went above and beyond by helping to wrap my refrigerant lines that were deteriorating from age, he also cleaned the condenser coils while checking the system out. Very professional and friendly. also the lady that answers the phone is super nice every time I've ever called her. mostly after hours and of course this time was a holiday call. thanks Weathermakers!!"
