 I was concerned with the dangling wires. They said. "ok ,I can be there in 30 minutes." And he was. He 
fixed the problem and re installed. (poor mounting job by initial installer). He was extremely courteous
and friendly. He might have charged me a bit of a premium. but sometimes you have to pay a little extra
for promptness. It was worth it for me.

We walked the property and I told her what I wanted and then after looking at her web site and other styles I chose something completely different than what was originally thought . She was very timely with my estimates . No money changed hands until my work was done . She came out an looked over what her crew did and made sure I was satisfied. The crew members were prompt , Friendly and worked hard to finish the job in a very timely manner . They cleaned up the site extremely well when finished .I would certainly hire them again and plan to do so in the future for another project . I would highly recommend them"
