"This was such a great experience.  My first try with Angie's list ...Juan and the rest of the JA Drywall team made the process so easy.  Juan responded to my initial response and he worked with me online.  I sent him some dimensions, drawings, and pictures.  In return he gave me an estimated price, but then came out just a day or two later.  The project was a full basement finish including a drywall ceiling.  The team showed up on the day we agreed they would start (about 3 weeks later).  Arrived early that morning and got ready for the drywall to be delivered.  A half a day later they had all the drywall install!!!  The next 4 days was made up of the finishing work which was about 2-3 hours each time he came.  The team did not leave any debris behind and the basement looks awesome.  Could not have asked for a better experience.

"Trevor came out with another guy (I forgot his name) and they were awesome! Any time I had a question. I can call them and get a quick response. I didn’t fully understand how my unit worked at first so I had to contact Bill (who is just as awesome) Trevor came right over. "Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."

"It went pretty well. My house didn't get any warmer, because I discovered that I needed windows.  For some reason, they couldn't tell me that I needed windows. I put some plastic over some of the windows, and the change was almost instant. I would have rather put the money I spent for the insulation into putting in new windows. They were professional, and they did a good job. They just missed that I needed windows instead of insulation."

"I called 9 roofers and got 7 quotes from ~13,000 to ~5,500 and went with Impriano at the low cost end. All quotes were for GAF 50 year shingles with a 25 year transferable warrenty. I am very pleased I did. They were prompt and professional and called to schedule as promised and delivered and installed the roof on target despite some recent rain. The roof and trim looks good and after a lot of rain the leaks I had around the dormer and chimney are all gone. They cleaned up after themselves very well including sweeping the street in front of the house. I have not found anything left behind. I fully recommend Impriano and am very pleased I went with them and thankful for the wonderful work."

"I called Wesley in April for an estimate  and he promply returned my call and came to the house.   His estimate was middle of the pack and we believe very fair.  We originally shot for a June date, but with all of the rain, they didn't start until July 14th and that week worked Monday - Saturday.  They returned the following week for a day or two to finish up.  His crew was here every day by 8AM and were vey professional, accommodating and skilled.  The house is large and all brick.  They painted all the window trim, soffits, front and back porches, shutters and end gables.  They power washed, repaired all of the rotted wood on shutters and porch pillars, primed and painted.  That I know of, Wesley himself was only here one day for a few minutes, but he touched base often and we were confident in the work that his crew did.  The house looks stunning and the work is near impeccable.
