"Our project started out as renovating a 16'x14' deck, 6 feet above the backyard grade, that had seen better days. We also had asked for an add-alternate to put a roof over the deck (we have always wanted to enclose it). After we received the quote, which was less than a few others (but not the cheapest), we asked them to provide a quote for converting to a sunroom -- just the shell as we would do the interior ourselves. The price they quoted was fair and reasonable. From demo of the old deck to the completed sunroom took 23 working days (not including rain/snow days -- they started in February). The structure is substantial and the roof tied into the existing house well. They didn't balk when we decided that we wanted to include a skylight or other minor extras. I kept telling Steve and Brandon (our contractors) that they are selling themselves short -- they do so much more than decks and fences, which was one of my concerns before they started. Steve is a fantastic carpenter who takes his time figuring things out and very attentive to the little dettails that makes a good project a great one. Brandon has experience in siding and roofing. And they work so well together, were very respectful and courteous of our property. Greg and Jen in the office are a treat to work with and very responsive -- always returning emails and phone calls right away if they can't pick up. We give this team 5 stars and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd submit a picture if I could."

"Rob was very professional. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. I highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a new deck or deck repair/refurbish."

"Things went great and on time. Work was professional and completed per my expectations. The employees are very courteous and responded quickly to my calls and text. I will use them again when I have more updates or remodeling to do."

"If you’re deciding between contractors, stop what you’re doing and hire TriState Complete Home and Repair. It’s a no brainer. Tim and his team bring level of experience and car far above those that’s we’ve worked with trying to remediate our home that was subjected to a fire. Even before hiring, Tim saved us over $20k by giving simple advise. We’ve so far worked with them to repair our ceiling and attic framing. They continued to save by being create and flexible. More importantly, their quality of work and care speaks for itself. This is the first of many repairs they have lined up for us so stay turned as we will report back. You won’t be disappointed working with Tim and his team."

"We were very impressed with how prompt they were in coming out to give us a quote for the paint job we needed. They were also able to get everything painted just in time before the moving truck arrived with all our furniture. Great service and excellent communication. We will definitely be calling them again for our next project!"

"Rick was the most responsive contractor we have ever dealt with. He responded to our initial inquiry on Angie's list within a couple of hours, was out to our house to talk with us and take measurements within 1 or 2 days, and had us a detailed step by step bid within a couple of days. The project was completed in a very timely and professional manner and Rick and his staff were very friendly and pleasant. They were very thorough in their cleanup each day and except for the daily progress on the deck, we would never have known they were even there. We highly recommend River City Remodeling and would definitely use them again in the future."

"Very professional. Exceeded my expectations."

"Tony was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He did a great job power-washing our deck and cement walk. It was a pleasure doing business with him."

"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."
