He vented 2 bathroom fans to the outside, instead of the attic; replaced a GFCI outlet in bathroom; replaced 2 wired smoke detectors; adjusted 5 doors that didn't close properly; drywalled 2 holes in basement ceiling/wall; added styrene panels to 3 light fixtures in the basement; replaced kitchen lazy susan hinges; completely rebuilt and stained porch railing."

"We lost our air conditioning the Friday before Mother's Day this year and I was scrambling in the heat to find somebody to cine and look at it. When nobody else would answer or would come out on Saturday, these guys did. Doug was great and he sent over Will and Rob for Saturday afternoon. Will and Rob are two of the best craftsmen that I have ever dealt with. They spent four hours Saturday going over my system and my setup and we talked budget, recommendations, the fixes, and schedule. By the end of Saturday, I knew that I was in good, competent hands. We agreed that the AC needed to be replaced, which was an 8 year old Trane (garbage). The furnace would be failing in the near future so we would replace that as well. They were going to completely rework my return ducting, which was shoddily installed by the original guy. They would replace my existing hot water tank with a tankless unit. They would install an automation system and replace a broken frost free hose bib. A lot of work. They were prompt and started work on Monday, worked all day Tuesday and Wednesday and came back on Thursday. They took their time, took care of my home and their work area, and most importantly, they took pride in their work. What they took out of my home was garbage and it was poorly and hastily installed. What they put in its place is great quality equipment and it was meticulously installed by two guys who take great pride in their work. While I am frustrated and unhappy that this situation occurred, I am glad that I hag the chance to work with these guys and this company. I will most certainly use these guys many more times."

I decided to go with Orbit because Madison answered all my questions and concerns. I Their solution addressed all my needs. We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. I also feel like my skin is benefitting from the softer water. and the acidic levels in my well water are controlled."

He came on time and was very professional. Not only did he upgrade the service for $700, but he did things most electricians don't include with their service such as instlling plastic conduit over the wire going up the side of the house. I was very happy with the entire experience. Ray is now the first person I am going to call for work on my investment properties.

"I put my old Victorian house on the market this summer, and it sold in two days!. I must give credit to S.L. Contractors and wonderful job they did remodeling my house. I got their name from Angie’s List four years ago. My first project was the painting of all the exterior windows. I have three floors. They even repainted the rusty grills at my basement windows. That wasn’t a big job, because the jobs kept getting bigger. Then I had my old pantry converted into a powder room. My kitchen was a challenge. It had pine wood paneling and the layout didn’t work. Mr. Washington changed the appliance layout. I needed my hallway tiles to match my kitchen floor. Mr. Washington searched and found tiles in Texas that matched perfectly. I had a positive experience with S.L. Contractors."
