"the technician arrived right on time for the quote. he informed me my old garage door opener was old and out dated and provided me with the brand he recommended i purchase if i wanted it replaced. he said he could basically "band aide" my existing opener if i chose but for the same price he would install and program a new one. i chose to take his advise and purchase the one he recommended. the next morning the technician arrived and installed, programed opener to my vehicle, installed new weather stripping and lubricated my door all for the quoted price. he went above and behind and i am very happy with his work and my new opener. i highly recommend Pro-Lift Doors."

"Very well! My claim was submitted and within hours a technician responded and set up an assessment of the problem for the next day. Technician came out on a Saturday assessed the garage door opener, gave the information immediately to CHW, and within hours again, CHW confirmed that the technician could go ahead with his assessment. We then scheduled the replacement for Monday, where he arrived on time and got the job done effectively and efficiently."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
