"I HAVE BEEN USING AR ZUKOWSKI FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. I HAD NEW KITCHEN FAUCETS, GARBAGE DISPOSAL, HOT WATER HEATER AND TODAY 7/19/2022 A NEW TOILET INSTALLED. JEFF HAS ALWAYS DONE A SUPERB JOB AND I ESPECIALLY WANT TO PRAISE HIM FOR BEING SUCH AN ASSET TO THIS COMPANY FOR 21 YEARS STARTING AT A VERY YOUNG AGE. NOT ONLY IS HE A GREAT WORKER AND VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO HIS PROFESSION. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AS WELL AS OFFICE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS SHOWN VERY COURTEOUS MANNERISMS IN ALL MY COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I WILL CONTINUE TO CALL ON THEM FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE. I AM SO GLAD THAT I SELECTED THEM YEARS AGO. BEVERLY JENSEN FROM LONGMEADOW MA."

"Matt is the type of plumber that everyone is trying to find. Competent, punctual, honest, does the work the job requires without trying to take you for a ride. Initially we were quoted a crazy high number by another company to replace the water heater, we called Matt for a second opinion. He came, assessed that the situation, ordered a replacement part, and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Hot water is back on, He is a hero. Highly recommend!!!"

"I used Dwelling for the first time a few weeks ago because I couldn’t get a plumber to come the same day, due to scheduling issues (thanks, coronavirus!) and the need to consult with my landlord before taking any action. The service pro from Dwelling was able to diagnose my faucet issue quickly and help me find the source of the leak and stop it from continuing (my downstairs neighbor was certainly appreciative!). I was unsure about using virtual support at first and what value it would add but it was great to have someone who knows a lot more than me answer my most urgent questions and direct me to other resources. My landlord really liked that I used Dwelling first to get a professional opinion (not to mention limit further damage..), so I think we will both keep it close in the future."
