"My central air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Arctic Air Conditioning and was given an appointment for the following day. Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again."

"We recently had the pleasure of hiring Dawson Mechanical to have a new Navien tankless water heater installed. This was a little more than a straightforward job since the water heater was being relocated from a utility closet to the garage which was about 20 feet away. From the time I made the first call to Dawson, I had a good feeling about this company. Dave came over within a few days on a Saturday to look the job over and give me an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. When the day came for the installation, a crew of 3 workmen arrived around 9:00 AM and did not stop until the job was finished around 5:00 PM. They did an excellent job, were very good about keeping everything clean and neat, and the workmanship was top notch. In short, we were very happy with everything and would not hesitate to use Dawson for our future plumbing/HVAC needs."

"The "Trane" AC that they installed for me is really good. I'm comparing with the old one that was swapped out, so maybe most new AC systems are equally good, as some others have told me, but anyhow I'm happy with the new AC. The crew that came to do the work are mostly very professional. One guy was kind of a goof though... I had some issues with electrical inspection as the new AC requires breaker and fuse to be 35amp max. In the end I had to have the whole breaker panel replaced, and replaced the fuses myself. I would like to have known this ahead of time, but Mario was in touch the whole time to give advises. I think they do the best within their capabilities, and I respect that."

They were able to start the next day. The work crew arrived promptly every day at 8am and didnt leave until 6:30 every evening. They were sure to clean up at the end of each day and worked cleanly and efficiently. Rob, Mike and John along with Andreas and Stalin made this process absolutely seamless for us. "Excellent communication from the office. Steven came at the time that I was told and completed a sump pump replacement. He was patient and communicated with me very well. I have been looking for a new plumber so Good Tidings maybe the one. In terms of price, I don't know how much this would have cost but honestly I have too much in my furnished basement to be concerned when a huge storm is coming.
