"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

They explained the steps for the work carefully and involved us in decision making for several steps of the process. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were with us for four days and each day they provided the same level of service. Our case manager, Rachael, kept us informed each step of the way. She answered questions quickly. "Pipe Works is a team of real pros, from beginning to end. First, you have Tricia (sales) and John (system design specialist) helping me figure out the right system up front. Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!"

"this was a generac generator.  An electrical panel had to be installed in my basement also.  It went well, and they were did all they said they would do.   
There are costs to generators that buyers may not be aware.   There is a yearly maintenance cost of 267.00.  My generator stopped working this winter.   It goes off every Friday as a test and there is a light on it that should glow green.  It did not go off and the light was red.  The company came and started it right away.   However, they said that one way I could make sure this would not happen is to purchase a winterizer kit.  Since it was three days before we had a blizzard, I decided to get it installed for $481.00.  I would think that generic would be able to make generators that would not need these kits?
I gave the company all A's because they did do a good job, and were great at everything.
