"We hired Dave for a water heater replacement in our condo. His price was competitive and he showed up on time. The water heater replacement went fine but the next morning there was no water in the unit. The apartment complex stated that the plumber must have left the door open to the water valve closet for the building which resulted in a pipe bursting (cold weather) for my unit. I called Dave and explained the situation. He immediately came back that morning and took responsibility for fixing the burst pipe at no charge to me. He didnt have to do this and there was no way to prove that burst pipe was due to his crew's leaving the door open, but Dave was professional and a man of his word and fixed the issue for me. Because of this I will hire Dave again and highly recommend him to others that are looking for a honest professional plumber."

"From my first contact with Continental Plumbing I received professional and courteous care. They were the third or fourth company I had called, but by far the best in their systems and process. They responded to me quickly, followed up timely, gave me a fair and comparable estimate and performed the job as needed. Their invoice was very detailed and they guaranteed their work in writing, also sending me the plumber's license upon request. At every step of the way I was informed on the process. I had a gas leak and PSEG shut off the gas into the house so that I could fix it. I got bids from two companies (the price from both was almost identical), one of which was Continental, and both told me that the pipes were so old I should just replace the entire gas line rather than seek the leak foot by foot. Continental is also one of the cleanest contracting company I've worked with in the 15 years I have had my home. They protected my belongings before starting and cleaned up well. I documented with before and after photos as they progressed and they didn't mind at all. Also, it must be said, I had this work done while we're still under many COVID-19 regulations. They worked all day in their masks and that didn't hinder them at all from doing a job well done. They went above and beyond. They will be my go-to plumber for anything in my house going forward. PSEG just left and did their reinspection and all is good and their work passed inspection. My gas has been turned back on. I truly appreciate the work they put in and I'm glad I found them. They treated me like a customer that mattered and not like a number or dollar sign. They made a stressful situation better and kept my stress from escalating. Thanks Continental!"

"I recommend harvey as we called him at 10 pm for a busted water pipe in my moms house he answer my call and stated dont worry im on my way he then turn off the main water valve told my mom dont worry you be ok he found the broken pipe went to his van got materials needed and fix the problem my mom was back up and running he then clean up the water on the floor dried up the area turn on the water and told my mom all set. "The plumber, Bill was prompt and professional. He was available to do all of the work on the same day as the walk through and estimate. A written estimate was prepared within fifteen minutes of the preliminary inspection. The repairs and replacements took almost all day but it was because it was three different projects throughout the house and he had to get parts. Bill explained exactly what needed to be done for each fixture/ pipe and any options available. The final price was slightly higher than the estimate only because of an unforeseen issue with the fixture manufacturer and it was explained as soon as the problem became apparent to the plumber.
