The project was completed to our standards, on time, and within budget which is really all you can ask for from a contractor. While Matt did not give us the cheapest quote, we found the pricing fair and even asked him to complete some additional projects, like replacing our front door. Matt was professional and easy to work with and told us exactly what needed to be purchased and when which helped keep everyone on track. "I typically never write reviews but, since I found it so hard to choose a contractor to work with on the remodeling of a few rooms in our home I figured this may help the next person searching for a contractor.  <br /> Lima contracting was fantastic.  We remodeled the first floor of our home in Cedar Grove, NJ.  The owner Rob himself kept us informed of timelines, what was next, how things were going, etc.  Rob & his team suggested we "opened" up the space a bit by knocking down a couple of the walls so...we knocked down the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room and the dining room from the living room.  We took down all the old cabinets put up new cabinets, granite tops and an island that we didn't have room for before.  Repainted all the rooms and put some gorgeous porcelain tiles down in the kitchen.  <br /> Rob is fairly priced, he kept within a couple thousand of the original estimate and he showed us cabinets, tiles, paint, etc. that would keep with our budget.  He also had some suggestions my husband and I didn't even think of and it made such a huge difference on the outcome.  <br /> They were quick, clean workers that did a quality job.  I will be using them in April for a remodeling of our bathroom & basement.  I would recommend this contractor to anyone and have already connected them with some family friends to do some work. <br /> If your worried about finding someone with experience, uses quality workers, cleans up for themselves and won't rip you off...try them you won't regret it!! <br /> Anyone need additional information or want to see before and after pictures feel free to reach out.  Good-luck on your hunt!"

"Dynamic Contracting &amp; Development did an outstanding job on finishing our basement. This was our first time doing a project at this scale and admittedly did not know what to expect. Valmir (project manager) was easy to communicate with and was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. He worked directly with the city on our behalf to gain the permits and to make sure we were in code. The initial proposal from Valmir was detailed and transparent but if you&#39;ve never done something like this before, be sure to ask questions to gain as much clarity as possible. The only small critique that I have is we were originally told the project was going to take approximately 8-10 weeks but it ended up being more like 12 weeks. That&#39;s not to knock the company but only to say that reno isn&#39;t an exact science so patience is required when undergoing something like this. There were multiple reasons why the project lasted longer than anticipated. At the end of the day, we couldn&#39;t be more pleased with the results. We look forward to working with them again for more projects in our home."
