They called us back the same morning and scheduled a service call for Tuesday evening between 5:00 and 7:00. They gave us a $25.00 discount for being Angie's List members. They showed up and diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning control board. They do not carry the part, so they had to order it. They worked with us to allow us time to decide if we wanted to repair the dryer or replace it. They told us to give them a call if we wanted them to order the part. They were very professional, and did not pressure us to make a decision. We decided to go ahead with the repair, so we called them the following morning. They ordered the part, which arrived by Friday. They returned Friday morning and completed the repair. "The service turned out good. I was happy with the furnace because he gave me a Lenix. They came out the day after I purchased the big deal. He came out one day to check everything out, and he came out the next day to install the furnace. They were very professional, the only problem was that they weren't prompt, they told me that they were in the process of moving, and that is why they weren't prompt. Everything else was okay, they had proper IDs and uniforms, and even the vehicle was new with their name on it. I was impressed with that.
