"Keith looked at the drain and said that there wasn't a vent on that drain and that the gurgling sound was air rushing past the trap. The professional technician from Heeter Plumbing ran his auger machine through the pipe, and then ran his camera through the pipe. I was amazed to see that the pipe was now completely clean. The technician from Heeter Plumbing told me the drain did NOT need to be replaced. Although he honestly told me he didn't know exactly how long it would take for the roots to grow back, he very helpfully suggested that a fine course of action would be to just have the pipe cleaned occasionally instead of replacing the whole pipe. I was extremely relieved and thankful for his helpfulness and honesty, and I completely trusted his assessment of the situation. <br /> <br /> I highly recommend Heeter Plumbing."

The price quoted was in our budget and competitive with others (actually a little less) so we chose them. We had the fix scheduled for a few days later. My only complaint is they showed up a half hour later than promised but they were polite and did the job so I won't complain about that too much. I remember the one worker's name was Cody, and he was very professional and helpful. We ended up paying less because they were hesitant about digging the entire line because it was so close to the gas line. So they just fixed the broken part. We're happy with their service."
