Had a small issue that I noticed with a threshold after installation was complete but it was fixed and I am very pleased with the way it turned out and the flooring looks great. "Installers played music very loudly while working and left garage door open to house while working.  
Floor looks ok from quick glance but when you look closely as in when cleaning you can find lots of defects in wood patches where nicks and chips were tried to cover up and in one spot even a staple is visible that was tried to cover with wood filler.  They also used LOTS of staples to hold the wood floor down which caused splintering of my subfloor.  It took me 2 hours to clean up
the mess it made in my basement below this room.  I would not call them again

He treats his customers like family and your house with care. In less than two weeks from his bid, we had a gorgeous new tiled shower and bathroom floor with completed plumbing and electrical. The last step is drywall repair and painting and that starts tomorrow. S and S made the remodel easy, and we would definitely hire them again."
