We'd give higher rating, but can take some time to schedule an appointment, and then fairly big appointment window. We keep using them (3rd time or so) because the technician is very good, and quick to point out things that truly need addressed. Plus, no hassle or questions when they had to come back out to redo the fix. Prices are pretty standard with rest of the appliance cadre in the area."
