He came by the same day to take a look. He came back the next day with a new water heater and replaced it. Not only were Matt and his team professional, but they lived up to their name "On Time". Matt was never late for the jobs. If any complaint I have, it would be that he came, not on time, but too early, which is not a bad thing. So can it really be called a complaint? He is very hands on with communication [phone and text] and upfront with what the problem is and how to handle it. I have Matt's cell number stored in my phone because I found our new plumber!"
