"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

He gave me all the choices I had for the windows and did not pressure or "sell" me on anything that I did not need for want. The work was top notch. He made sure that everything was perfect before he left and even let me know that if there was a problem please give him a call and he would come back and make adjustments. The windows are beautiful. "The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

"The employee that came to my home did an excellent job and I have no problems with him and would have him out anytime. My issue is with scheduling. They told me when I made my appointment over the phone that someone would be out to my house between 2pm and 4pm. The day before the visit, I received a text saying that someone would be at my home between 2pm and 4pm. At 12:50pm I hopped in the shower to get ready. After I'm done getting ready, I see that there's a voicemail on my cellphone. I listen to the voicemail and a gentleman says, hi this is Loren. You are on my schedule for 1pm for some repairs in your home and I'm ringing the doorbell and no one is answering. At this point it's 1:20pm. So Loren has now left. I called My Handyman back to ask what was going on. They said Loren will call you right back. 30 mins goes by and nothing. I called My Handyman back again and the representative says he's headed back to your house to be there at 2pm. I said to the guy on the phone, I though you told me he was going to call me back and I was waiting for the call getting worried. Loren showed up at 2pm and he showed me where it said on his tablet that I was scheduled for 1pm. I don't understand how you can tell the client 2pm to 4pm but tell the employee 1pm. They need to get their scheduler fixed because I almost missed my appointment. If you tell the client 2pm to 4pm then you have to stick to that, or you tell the client there is a possibility that he could arrive up to an hour earlier. Luckily I was just at home in the shower and I hadn't driven a ways away."

"Gutters were replaced and it rained just a couple of days later. All the rainwater was going right between the gutters and the house and pouring back into the roof. I called Brock the next week and he came out almost immediately and fixed the spots that were leaking. Still waiting on the rest of the downspout that is emptying right onto the deck/corner of my house but overall a good experience and quick service! Will be looking to signature home pros for possible future projects!"
