I’ve worked in remodeling of courthouses in Texas which consisted of carpentry such as installing baseboards, cabinets, window trims, custom doors and other furniture. "Storm and Bob are the nicest guys!   Our three small doggies were happy to see them arrive each morning.  They were careful around our pets, making sure they weren't in harm's way and didn't escape out the door. 
They took care of our house,  placing drop-cloths over our wooden floors.so they wouldn't mar the finish.  They removed the old shower and tub, carefully preserving the existing tile on the floor and adjacent walls.  They removed all decayed wood and replaced it with new lumber. They carefully brought in the new shower pieces and assembled the new shower.  They repeatedly asked us to review their work and asked if they were meeting our expectations.  They cleaned up their work area and left the house in excellent shape.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with their handiwork and professional expertise.  We will be asking them to perform additional work on our house and strongly recommend them.

"Used them at the recommendation of a friend, to install gutters for two story house. Gutters Worked however when it rained heavy, my flowerbeds got completely flooded due to where the downspout was installed. I called and sent photos to see if maybe I needed additional downspouts installed or relocated to divert the water elsewhere away from my foundation and never got a call back from them. On two separate occasions. Then come to find out from the person who referred them, they responded to him in recent days and continued to do work for him. I guess I will not be using them for further projects if they don’t even respond about the projects they completed. I guess since it’s a small job, maybe it wasn’t worth their time."
