"Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Robert came very quickly to give a quote.  The crew arrived on time and worked hard for three days to complete the job and returned later for one day to complete detailing.  We've contacted several contractors in the past to work on our 100 year old house and they either never returned calls or worked very inconsistantly, not completing all contracted work or cutting material quality.  Associated is absolutely awesome......very professional, conscientious, hard working.  They were able to understand what I wanted done...which was an unusual job...and were the type of people you enjoy meeting and working with.  We actually missed them when they left.  We highly recommend

"Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. With two of them here, I felt like they could have done more."

"Nathan showed up on Wednesday to give us an estimate. He showed up on time and was very polite, professional and helpful. He gave me his professional opinion as to what he felt was necessary and unnecessary. He gave me an estimate date for installation for either Saturday or following week (which was very quick). After Nathan left, I called the company to changed the solar screens from 90% to 80%. Even the guy on the phone was nice and friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised when Norberto showed up 2 days later on Friday to install the screens. Norberto was very nice, professional and courteous. He worked very fast too! I am so happy with how our windows look. I would definitely use Lone Star Solar Screens in the future again. I am happy with the price too. Precision windows gave us an estimate of $570.00 just for solar screens without grid. Lone Star price: $588 for solar screens with grid, window washing and replacing 6 bug screens."
