"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"We called them Saturday afternoon and they were able to come out early the next day. Jeff was very professional and was up front about the issue and associated cost. Of the 4 quotes we received, they were the best. They replaced our unit within 4 or 5 hours and it is working great. I would give 5 stars but they were late for the install appointment. I was told they would show up around 8:30 but they ended up not arriving until about 10:15 but they worked quickly and cleaned up prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend."

"Outstanding service - reasonable quote, listens to the customer, and does everything to make sure that the customer is happy. Will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs !"

"My furnace had stopped working. They came out the next day. Gave me options to consider along with prices. We're very friendly and helpful. Stayed late to finish the job so I had heat that night. Would highly recommend them.."

"This was the first time I used this company and I was very pleased with its service. Mr. Langley tried everything to get my air conditioner running and answered all my questions with a smile. I hate I had to replace my system but, I received fair pricing, great communication and was shown how to operate equipment. Installers was very friendly. Will continue using the company to service equipment!"
