Comment: I'd like to add a utility room above an existing 3 stall attached garage. Part of the project will be installing in-floor heating in the garage, insulation and a drain.
For the utility room, I'd desire a half bath, stairway inside the garage and an external stairway. I'm envisioning that we could maintain the existing roof line to the front, but the back would need to be raised.
