The technician fully explained the tasks he would be performing and during each step if there were any questions and/or concerns. He answered all questions posed to him. The technician demonstrated an exemplary work ethic and suggested options for consideration for the systems to perform more efficiently and he followed up with the options agreed to. He demonstrated a dedication to the business name and cleaned up all areas he performed his services throughout the house. He was constantly working and would fully advise the next step he would be performing. Upon completion of the services, the technician provided photos of the work areas both prior and subsequent to the services performed. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Called Steve on Monday morning at about 9am. Tried to explain job over phone, Steve provided ballpark numbers and offered to provide a better estimate by going to the sites. He's in Burlington, we're in Newton and Waltham. He could have no expectation of getting the job but he was fully prepared to invest time and effort into a quote. By 10:30 he was back with a quote that was significantly less than his ballpark. Felt like a no-brainer, so asked him to please go ahead.

The following morning (less than 24hrs from first contact) he went to site #1 and removed the material there - he removed all material, swept the area clean and picked up some yard waste that we hadn't even discussed - A+.

I met him at site #2. There was a lot more material here. He set about sorting and loading it and I left him to his work. When I returned later that day - everything had been removed right down to the last splinter!!! - A+.

From the time I first called him to the time all of the debris had been removed was less than 24 hours. Jack Bauer has nothing on this guy...

"I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. "Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"The service was fantastic. These guys are the best. They were very thorough and gave good suggestions on how to improve the efficiency. They sealed things up and caulked and put in weather stripping. This particular crew has an inspector that checks the work. The inspector said I really enjoy checking this companies work as he said they are very efficient and they do great work. They were very nice and knowledgeable to work with. This was part of a program in Connecticut where they will replace up to 40 light bulbs with compact florescent bulbs. They will change out light fixtures with LED lights and the cost was far better than I could have gotten myself. They run a test before the work is started and then they do a test afterwards to show how much more efficient your home is. They give a report showing how efficient your home is and making other suggestions. They also give you discounts on making your home more efficient within a certain amount of time from the report."
