"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. Bruce and Bill clearly like what they do for a living, have great people skills and work very well together. I was able to get the very best of products and still come well under budget. I cannot thank these guys enough! Honest, Professional and Reliable! My dusty, unfinished basement with my new Viessmann boiler, Carlin burner and HTP indirect fired water heater is now my favorite part of the house!"

"Even thou it was only a $49.00 charge, I believe their overall intent concerning the " special price " was  to give us a quote on a new water heater. The present one is still working just fine.
I believe my questions concerning the issues I presented concerning the flow of hot water in the shower and tub were not answered or I did not understand what he was telling me. I would have not bought the " deal "if initially someone on the other end of the phone would have told me that it is not advisable to drain your hot water heater, if you have not been draining it in the past.

It has been a week since and it's working great. the big name pro that gave me a song and dance on how they're the best in the industry, misdiagnosed my boiler issue and would have charged me 10x more for a job that wouldn't have fixed the problem.
