"Aside from installing a new Carrier gas furnace, they installed a state-of-the-art thermostat. The comfort specialist, Chris B., was very responsive and helpful in helping me decide what to buy, as well as providing help after installation. The two installers, Chris M. and Justin B. were very personable and very neat during removal and installation of the furnaces. Overall, very satisfied. Very commendable job."

"Chris answered all of our questions and explained each step he would take to fix the issues we were having with air flow. After the install, everything is working great!"

"Top notch install and customer service."

"The installers were professional, clean, and did the neatest work Iâ  ve ever seen! They cleaned up after themselves, and left everything epic and span. It was an excellent job for an excellent price!"

"T&J Service installed a beautiful new Trane system at my home in Fairfax on May 14, 2024. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who has been using them for many years. Without a doubt, Diep and Tran are the most highly-skilled HVAC professionals that I have encountered in over 40 years. This was a very large, complex system to install and they got it done in one day. These are some of the hardest working, most dedicated guys that I've ever seen! I absolutely love my new Trane system. They even custom made a beautiful plenum for my air handler --handcrafted out of stainless steel (Diep is also a skilled metal craftsman). 5 STARS"

"Oullette's team was able to complete the installation in two days and haul away the old units. The new system is much more effective with consistent temperatures throughout our home. As well, it is much more efficient with demonstrably lower electric bills. We wholeheartedly recommend this company."
