Thomas went out of his way to ensure we got the best looking result we could despite some hiccups on our communication on that end product. The result was very satisfactory. Pricing: Price was the best of three highly ranked Angie’s List companies and regardless, they price match. Chim Chim-Churee's expertise, practical scoping, willingness to explain the details of the project, timely communication, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project. I did not purchase a wood stove or chimney liner this year, only because I just purchased this old cabin and I am still trying to decide whether I will be able to renovate it, or if it will need to be completely torn down and rebuilt. The store does push it's own brand of wood stove; however, from all the research I have done, it appears to be a quality line. Additionally, I contacted a friend after my inspection to go over the prices quoted by Dan's for the chimney liner and wood stove. I wanted another professional's opinion...my friend was the owner of a wood stove store for many years. This friend advised that prices quoted by Dan's for the liner, wood stove and labor were very reasonable, given the quality of products. Again, I did not actually have a wood stove installed - I only paid for an inspection. But, I was satisfied with my inspection and the products offered by the store. My plan is to use Dan's when I make the decision on where and when to have a wood stove installed."

"John, the service technician, was able to fixed the problem. It took two trips. On his first trip, he diagnosed that it was a bad gas valve. I asked a few questions, and I decided to replace the pilot assembly too. On his second trip, he installed the two parts. On each trip, he covered his feet and cleaned up The total price included the new gas valve and pilot assembly replacements, the return visit fee, and the annual club maintenance plan. In summary, Nice Home Services fixed my problem. I would definitely contact them again if I had any future fireplace problems."

They keep storm records and we did indeed have sizable hail in May of last year. They were very careful due to Covid-19 and wore masks or socially distanced while the work was being performed. Larry made a point of being here to meet with the insurance adjuster and inspector to make sure all damage was evaluated. He was the face of the company and handled all contract, payment and punch list items after the install. It was nice to deal with the same person start to finish, like your satisfaction really mattered to this company. I believe it would be in everyone’s best interest to schedule a FREE inspection with Affordable Quality Roofing because they are Honest (NO pressure and will tell you if you have damage before you make a claim with your insurance company), Reliable (always showing up exactly when they said they would), and Efficient (work was done quickly and my yard was left as if they had never been here)."

This team was working on a neighbor's property when we asked if they'd come by to take a look at some work needing to be done on our home (we were getting LIVE BATS inside our house and have two little kids). Shawn was so responsive all the way through the process, super focused on making sure the job was done right (especially after the supply place ordered the wrong part, and concerned that we were satisfied.
