The technician demonstrated an exemplary work ethic and suggested options for consideration for the systems to perform more efficiently and he followed up with the options agreed to. He demonstrated a dedication to the business name and cleaned up all areas he performed his services throughout the house. He was constantly working and would fully advise the next step he would be performing. Upon completion of the services, the technician provided photos of the work areas both prior and subsequent to the services performed. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We contacted Stephen (who replied almost immediately to my voice mail) about removing several appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, computer monitor) as well as a couple of old doors and some concrete blocks.We had a tight time frame, because we were getting some new appliances the following week, but we wanted to be without the fridge for as little time as possible.  Stephen came out the same evening to give us a quote.  He was very nice to work with.  We were originally going to have the fridge brought downstairs to our laundry room to be a second fridge, and Stephen was willing to move it for us.  But he noticed that the doorway to the laundry room seemed small, and when we checked we found he was right - the fridge would not have fit!  So we asked him to just take it away.  We made an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon at 1:00.  I had to change the time at the last minute due to another contractor (who was supposed to cap off the gas connection to the dryer) not showing up, but Stephen was completely flexible - he said he would come out the next morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, and it took him very little time to get everything on his truck.  He was quick, and left no mess.  We were very happy, and would gladly use him again."

Bruno even called to let me know that he would be arriving closer to the end of that window which allowed me to run out to do an errand. He the arrived at the time he indicated. "I called Oliver Beer of Bauhaus because he had done work for us last fall. He gave me an estimated price that was agreeable. Once he started work he discovered, that like the windows he had installed in our garage last fall, the bathroom needed more work than estimated. Because my husband was going to be released from rehab in a matter of weeks, it was work that needed completion as soon as possible. Oliver worked week-ends and the 4th of July, for a total of 30+ days, removing the old plaster and putting up new wallboard. He got the old tub out and put in a beautiful shower floor; installed a new heating element; ceiling fan/light; a new medicine cabinet, flush and vanity sink. It took him more than 300 hours to give us a showroom quality bath. Incidentally, he painted our living room so that it would be comfortable for my husband to spend most of his time in. "Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"The service was fantastic. These guys are the best. They were very thorough and gave good suggestions on how to improve the efficiency. They sealed things up and caulked and put in weather stripping. This particular crew has an inspector that checks the work. The inspector said I really enjoy checking this companies work as he said they are very efficient and they do great work. They were very nice and knowledgeable to work with. This was part of a program in Connecticut where they will replace up to 40 light bulbs with compact florescent bulbs. They will change out light fixtures with LED lights and the cost was far better than I could have gotten myself. They run a test before the work is started and then they do a test afterwards to show how much more efficient your home is. They give a report showing how efficient your home is and making other suggestions. They also give you discounts on making your home more efficient within a certain amount of time from the report."
