"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. "Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

They were there every morning on time, responsive to questions via text or email, and kept us aware of their progress as well as what was to come next. The demolition itself knocked a few nails through the walls adjacent to the bathroom but Gene happily fixed it himself. "We hired and worked with Rocco on two simultaneous bathroom renovations on the second floor of our house. (We were responsible for purchasing most materials, and Rocco and his team then worked with them.) While we did not vary the footprint, we did have them lower a few walls and replace them with glass in order to "open up" two rather claustrophobic shower stalls. We also installed new lighting and ventilation, along with replacing all of the existing fixtures. Working with Rocco and his son, Rocco Jr, was a lovely experience from start to finish. Rocco, Rocco Jr, and all of their subcontractors are exceedingly polite and professional and highly skilled. The tile work and custom glass for the showers were precise; the plumbing and electrical functions very well. The whole thing took about 8 weeks from start to finish, and we are very pleased with the results. Love our new bathrooms, and would not hesitate to use Rocco & team again!
