"Costly! Incorrect measurement of basement windows delayed installation by months. I had to recaulk inside and out, to reseal. Broken window-slider handle. My continuous calls for window installation yielded, no apology or price break. Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. No follow up on warranty, servicing etc of my crawl space encapsulation as promised to me at time of signing contract."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "They were efficent and completed the work in one day.  They were clean and left no mess, covered the floors so they remained clean.  One of the workmen  fixed by door to the garage with a a specail screw so it does not stick any loner when opening and closing the door.  Also told me how to tighten my screen door so it will not sag in the future.  Nice bonus.
