"The technician did a review of the cooling systems which were not working at the time. Rather than trouble shoot the obvious - lack of coolant - he told us we needed a new system and charged us for 1.5 hours of work. i contacted another group who did excellent and honest trouble shooting, replaced and refilled the coolant, re insulated some pipes at a very reasonable cost. When I contacted Reliable Tech and told them what happened they came back out to the house and offered a partial refund."

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.

Well mannered and professional. We talked and joked around while working on the plumbing. And got the job done. I would recommend Wright Flow Plumbing to any one. "If there were six stars, this company would get it. The plumber came and replaced a part that another company told me could not be fixed. Daniel called before arriving, replaced the one part that was needed, cleaned up and helped with an unrelated problem. As a 70 year old female, I noticed his personal cleanliness and fine manners as well as his excellent service."

"Not good. We had just replaced an element and they told us it was the wrong one and took the element but we had just put on and was going to bring back the proper one as well as the one that they had taken off they brought back a different one never brought back the new one that they had taken off but I had already replaced and two days later the furnace quit blowing hot air againI was told it would be more than a week before somebody could get out there and I had a newborn baby that was born less than a week earlier.. needless to say we ended up calling another company and the element was not the problem it's just that they were dirty posts on one of the firing pins it took a minute half with steel wool to clean it off and my furnace works works great ever since.

Raul and Art were very personable and did not dawdle. Aaron was also very considerate and prompt. They also all wore their masks the entire time, and made both my husband and I feel comfortable. The work looks great and was reasonably priced. They cleaned up all their stuff and even took our old toilet away to dispose of for us. Would definitely use them again."
