"Pros: The employee who did the work did a great job, he was left alone to work on the house most days and only had help for a short period. They worked with the customer to pick a plan and did not force anything without agreement of the customer. Cons: Was difficult to work with when something changed. Their electrical contractor misquoted codes and when brought up that I didn't want him doing the work (as he was attempting to charge an additional $4,000.00 to move the breaker box that was not necessary) it was difficult to have the estimate reflect that work was not being done. It appears that they do not have a cost per line estimate system that they can provide to the customer if requested. Also it seemed as though they took his job as a second job to do when they didn't have something better. There were times that I wondered if the contractor would even show up and what was quoted as a 7 day job ended up taking close to 6 weeks. Also have not finished adding the privacy glass in the bathroom window as was ordered. They advised the window store messed up and they would be out to fix the problem, this was approx 1 month ago and I haven't heard anything to date. Overall - Good Builders but don't plan to have great communication or the job completed on the timeline they gave."

"Chris has done multiple repairs for me and others in our HOA. I’ve had him replace flooring, plumbing and light fixtures, repair drywall, etc. I sometimes just build a list of things, Chris comes by and gives an estimate and a time he can start the work. I leave him a key, he comes in and gets the work done while I’m at work. I come home, everything is finished, cleaned up, and I send him payment. Chris is competitive with estimates and very honest and dependable. His communication is excellent. I couldn’t recommend him more highly."

"We hired Pete initially to help with a couple of re-modeling projects at home, including (but not limited to) adding an extra room upstairs. However, we discovered water damage few months prior to the project's planned start date. Pete helped us gain clarity on the rebuild efforts that would follow soon after the water mitigation would complete, worked closely with the insurance adjusters and was always responsive during the planning phases of the process. His crew members were very professional, friendly and always worked with us closely to meet our design needs. For the complexity of the project, Pete and his team did a great job in projecting reasonable timelines and setting expectations. "It went amazing! NWPM do awesome, high quality work. They pay attention to every detail and are very neat and tidy. Everything is done with expert craftsmanship and very straight, clean lines. I can not do what they are able to do for me; their work in just a few days replaces all the work that would have taken me weeks or months to do myself and I would not have the same clean finish. I enjoy my almost 20 year old home so much more after all the work they have done to update it!"
