"He Did a Professional Job."

"This project was a pleasure. Joe was great to work with at all stages of the project. He did a great job communicating about his schedule and always showed up when he said he would. The project met all of our expectations. We would definitely hire again if a new project comes up."

"Andy and his family business completely renovated my parents home inside and out after they passed. Andy was at the top of the list to be referred to me in our community. Rebuilt walls, 2 decks , all flooring and put insulation, garage finish, securing it. Installed septic system, redid all the molding throughout. Installed sliding doors.....Overall became a member of my family and I can't say enough, he saved this home and now I can't picture myself living anywhere else. This was an ongoing project for 4 years. Over weekends. He saved my heritance and saved me and made my life better. Total integrity and honesty."

"We had searched for a roofing contractor for several weeks to replace deteriorating ridge cap shingles, but it was tough to get a response from most. Rick responded within a day, and came out to look at the project. He described what he would do and the materials he would use. A contract followed a few days later with an estimated start date. Price looked very reasonable. We had a little confusion leading up to the job due to difficult weather, but Rick was in constant contact throughout. In the end the crew showed up one day before the estimated start date. They started at 9:00am and finished the job by 3:00 the same day. Work was done professionally and they cleaned up after themselves completely. Rick was very considerate of our Covid concerns, and careful to wear a mask when speaking to us. Overall they did a great job, for a good price, and were easy to work with. Highly recommended."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"Jon did a very efficient job on my roof repair. He was neat and timely and Iwould recommend him for any roof work that you need. Bill"

"Jody at Green Builders is really great and has helped us out on several home projects. Specifically, he built extensive shelving in our basement for storage, built, beautifully finished and installed raised beds in our yard and repaired the feet of an armoire that has been in our family for generations. Jody is punctual, friendly, and gets the job done on time and on budget and most importantly gets it done right the first time. His communication is outstanding and his far ranging skills lend themselves to just about any project. I would not hesitate to recommend Jody and will most certainly be calling on him whenever I have more work needing completion."

"Not only did we hear back very quickly to inspect our building and what work was needed, but the work was fantastic and finished in short order! I plan to hire again and am confident it’ll be great work then too. Absolutely recommended!"

"Josh was very professional and kept us updated throughout the process. Josh is very detail oriented and makes sure that everything runs smoothly our family highly recommends him for any of your household needs. Also he is very reasonable on his pricing. We've had multiple bids and Josh was right in the middle. I would recommend him to anyone that want quality work done right."
