"Freddy & Scott were incredible!!! Immediately after I contacted their business, I received a callback. The responsiveness to take a look at my job and provide a quote was impressive. Truthfully, we made all arrangements via photos & conversation over the phone, no wasted time or efforts. Any communications regarding the planning, arrival and completion of the work was coordinated and documented with photographs. Freddy always communicated any specific questions or concerns he may have before "just taking the chance". I appreciated this even though I was working and traveling and sometimes difficult to reach. I definitely would empower him in the future to make "the call". The 3 trees I had removed had a large amount of brush, leaves and debris. My lawn was spotless & manicured when the job was completed, tree stumps cut to ground level. Documented with photos. Perfect!! I can only imagine the quality of any of the other services they offer. I definitely plan to have them back. And finally, Payment methods were easy - via online, cash, check or credit card!!! And remember, Pay as soon as possible, these guys have a Business to run and employees to maintain.... Just AMAZING, my job was organized, completed and paid for - start to finish - over the phone and never meeting in person! That's "Time Management"!! I hired William back in 2016 to put on a new deck and replace my siding and gutters and I was so impressed with his work, I hired him again in 2017 to redo my carport and replace the walkways at my place. "Contrary to other reviews I have seen on this page, I hired McNeely Construction, to put a roof on our home. My understanding is McNeely did use GAF 50 Year Shingles. Mike personally seen this job through. Phone Calls, emails and even stopped by our house when they finished the job (it took 1 Work Day for McNeely to do this job). I inspected the premises when I got home from work. I did not find any loose shingles or loose nails on the ground anywhere. The roof was over and above what I expected and he reflashed our addition where the previous roofer screwed up. The clean up was unbelievable. As such, Mike was paid in full without incident. Normally, roofers request a deposit, payment and final payment when the job is over. I used to work for a roofing company and understand people do not like to make the last payment beacuse each payment is split into 1/3. If nobody makes the last payment they cannot expect for any roofer to be eager to fix or warranty any issues that routinely develop with a fresh install or develop over time. Overall, I am very pleased with the expedited work and the roof itself. I would highly recommend on promptness and price."
