"As usual, the personnel at That Computer Store quickly and efficiently diagnosed and corrected my problem. I work at home and remotely....job in DC....and when I moved to the area I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a reliable source of assistance for my two computers. Fortunately I was referred to this group of experts who have kept me up and running and done it with an abundance of patience for someone whose expertise is not computers! They have removed a virus that I accidentally downloaded (and have taught me how NOT to do it again), and have occasionally worked on my system using remote access software which saves me a trip. When my old laptop finally died, they recommended what turned out to be the perfect replacement. One more thing: the people who work at That Computer Store are wonderfully patient and friendly and go the extra mile to find the problem and fix it, and their fees are extremely reasonable. I wouldn't allow anyone else to work on my system."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Wow!! I highly recommend All American Solutions to help you with any computer issues you may have! Bob promptly contacted me after I put the word out that I needed help. He clearly stated the services that he provides. There is one charge no matter how long it takes to service the computer. In my case the issues were many and somewhat involved so there was no quick fix. There were lots of malware floating everywhere -- in the browser and the computer and lots of registry issues. I would guess that he spent at least several hours in total on my computer. Everything works like it's new now. Jason called on time, and spent almost 3 hours clearing the computer of viruses that was causing continuous pop-ups. He was most friendly, and did a terrific job! "The computer technician, Tammy, was excellent.  He arrived on time and was very personable.  Our computer is several years old and has been running slow, so he cleaned it up for us.  He tried to show us how to perform some maintenance tasks on our own.  
After he was finished, he had to call in to the main Geek Choice number to settle the bill.  When I spoke with the person on the phone from Geek Choice, I was astonished when they told me the bill was for $300, which included 2.5 hours service at $100 per hour and a $50 fee for home visit.  I informed her that I had ordered the first hour through Angie's List for $75 and that the home visit fee was waived.  She retrieved my information and charged me a balance of $135, to include the reduced hourly fee of $90 per hour.  So Angie's List saved me almost $100, which I totally appreciate.  
I give the technician high marks but the company, Geek Choice, seems like just another corporation trying to make more money off the consumer than they should.  I'm glad I went through Angie's List.
