One thing I really appreciated was that he discovered that the unit that was installed by the builder was larger than I needed, and therefore was not running efficiently. He explained to me in a way I could understand what the difference was in the sizes and why a smaller unit was actually better for my house. This saved me money, not only on the unit itself, but also on my energy bills, which was a savings I saw immediately. The work was done well and on time, and the follow up service was also excellent. I was impressed enough with the service I received that I hired him to come back and extend my exterior gas line from my barbecue grill to my fire pit. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"We had the most remarkable experience with Ross Heating and recommend them highly. We were desperate as our a/c went out on a Friday and got a call back from Dustin who came out the next day. He assessed the problem (bad compressed) and made a “quick fix”, and got the a/c working. Our experience with everyone at Ross has been outstanding, including Damien Ross, who stopped out to provide a quote on a new unit.
