"Two years ago Riley Plumbing and Heating replaced the corroded galvanized water pipe from the street meter to my house, so I was very surprised to have another water leak in the back yard last month. Riley Plumbing came out again, and found that the new leak was due to another corroded galvanized pipe that was supplying water to the back yard irrigation system. They replaced this pipe, tying the water supply to the irrigation system to the water line they installed two years ago. Mike Rojas, Luis Ortiz and Aiden did the work in a professional manner, and left the back yard in good shape for re-seeding this fall. (Hopefully no more corroded pipes in my yard!)"

"Installed new hot water heater Took pride in his work and noticed pipe leak and corrected it"

"We have used Ross Heating for many years for our heating, air conditioning and water heater services. They have been great to deal with. Very knowledgeable, and the price is reasonable. Great family owned company."

"I called around to many HVAC and plumbing companies in the Carson/Tahoe area and unfortunately could not get on the schedule or there was an outrageous service charge accompanying my already expensive water heater install. Simply, my water heater was 40 years old and needed to be replaced immediately when we moved into our first home. Ascend Heating & Air is truly a family owned company and you could tell by the service they provide. The entire process is was smooth. Tami in the office was friendly scheduled an estimate and diagnosis immediately. Chad included the diagnosis with my estimate. Both Chad and Cody, the owners of the company, came out the same week and ordered, installed, and invoiced my water heater. Cody was very knowledgeable with necessary local codes, like earthquake straps and expansion tanks. Chad guaranteed me that I was going with the right unit for my space. I felt very comfortable with giving Ascend my business and that I was getting a good deal. My water heater is running great now and the water is hotter and softer- all the calcium deposits are gone! THANK YOU. I will definitely recommend your company and continue business."
