"I had hired Express Construction for an exterior renovation project for my upper west side townhouse/brownstone. I found Saiful (the owner) and his staff to be resourceful, pleasant to interact with and sincere. It was a large project that required rebuilding a chimney, fixing water leaks through out the property (it's a 100 year old building), straightening exterior walls, building an exterior drainage system for rainwater, tiling work on the balconies and painting the entire exterior of the house.
