He explained in detail on his first visit how he would approach the different parts of the job, and what materials he would use. His team arrived on the day promised and finished on time. The new pavers are sloped correctly to the patio drain. There was a hidden defect that he had to deal with (the old pavers had been cemented in some areas of the patio) and he addressed the problem properly. That required an extra day of labor but the additional charge he asked for was very reasonable. I was happy with his work and recommend him. One suggestion to homeowners would be to clearly specify in your agreement who is responsible for returning or disposing of excess pavers."
