When I called gogreen they said they will fix the issue 99% of the time on service call. Indeed they repaired my furnace replacing the parts. Best part 1.They care for you. 2.They explain the issue. 3.They followup even after service. 4.On time. 5.They are not leaning on replacing your furnace or system unless the customer wants to. 6.They don't charge saying it's overtime accommodating the request of the customer to fix late in the evening. Enrique spent a couple of hours meticulously checking each connection for refrigerant leaks, and determined that two connections were leaking.
