"Miguel was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick and to the point which I enjoy as a trait. He explained what was happening and what the issues could have been. Unfortunately, we weren't able to correct the main issue as he replaced one part and the rest of the toilet is new. Seems like the toilet is the problem and needs replaced.
