I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. "Contractor and assistant came on time and worked hard for the 3 hours. Bathtub area needed to be recaulked as grout had gotten almost black and there were holes in certain areas. Bathroom tile grout was also black in places. Contractor removed old caulk and replaced and now looks like new. He also sealed all caulk areas. In addition, he thoroughly cleaned other tiling and sealed also including soap dish area. Cleaned up well afterwards. Work was professionally done and the cost and result were very impressive. Definitely recommend and would use in the future.
